Pot Stickers. The Satay is marinated in Thai herbs for 2 days and oh so tender,
served with their homemade peanut sauce. The eggplant is sliced just right and
dipped in a light batter, leaving it melting in your mouth. The pot stickers
are a creation of ground chicken, bell pepper, onion and Thai basil mixed together
creating a smooth texture inside a crispy yet tender wonton wrap. Taste anyone
of these and you will be addicted. Speaking of addiction, Mix Zone Café has
soups and salads that scream flavor, try the Som Tum salad. Made with only the
best and freshest shredded green papaya, green beans, tomato and crushed peanuts,
seasoned with a special Thai herb dressing. A favorite is our chicken or beef
salad. On the spicy side is how it is served most of the time but like anything
on our menu, it is made your way, your choice of meat and level of spiciness
1* being mild up to 4* being American spicy. Our soups are made from fresh bought
ingredients, as with all our dishes. The Tom Kha soup is our coconut soup with
mushroom, lemon grass, lime juice, your choice of meat. Smell the aroma and
it makes your mouth water!!! Don’t be fooled, Mix Zone Café goes up to 100*’s.
They have created a spice level that allows the flavors to flow while turning
up the heat creating “Home of the 100 Star”. One of our most popular dishes
is a Thai staple and that is the Pad Thai Noodles dish. We actually have taken
it off the streets of Thailand and brought it to you. Authentic goes beyond
the word. Made with a special Thai sauce and a perfect combination of sweet
and sour, this dish is remarkable. Our curries are smooth in texture and light
in consistency, the perfect balance, not to thin and not too thick, served with
rice. Our stir-fried dishes include mixed vegetables, pad prik (green bean stir-fry),
Mint Chicken, Garlic Chicken, and Spicy Eggplant. Try the Pineapple Fried Rice
made with onion, tomato, pineapple, cashews, raisins, egg, and your choice of
meat. Very satisfying! Also have a Mint and Green curry fried rice you’re sure
